Refund Policy
The whole policy: Not happy? Reply to your delivery email within 7 days and you get a full refund.
No forms. No "store credit." No arguing about whether the AI technically did its job. If you don't feel like you got your money's worth, you get your money back.
The fine print (there's barely any)
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5-10 business days (that's the banks, not us).
- If your order failed and never delivered, you don't need to ask — we refund those automatically.
- Refund abuse (ordering repeatedly and refunding everything) may mean we can't serve you again. You'd be surprised how rarely this happens.
